  DSH Web Conversation Navigator（对话追踪导航条）：节点直接来自当前 conversation 完整 messages 数据（user/steering messages.filter().map()，assistant 0 节点），messageId 绑定真实消息身份（seq / messageId）；仅 hover/focus/touch/drag 时把同一元素从小胶囊形变为原文 preview（纯本地、禁 AI 总结）；定位读取 AppFrame 侧边栏列宽、默认不与侧边栏重叠；点击节点平滑定位、正常滚动经 IntersectionObserver 同步 active、支持拖动导航与移动端 touch、切换会话自动重绑、历史消息不在 DOM 时仍保留节点；长对话性能优化。
