Overview

A native DeepSeek Harness (dsh) plugin that replaces the harness's built-in single-provider websearch backend with a resilient multi-provider fallback chain — so websearch works without a DEEPSEEKAPIKEY, survives per-provider rate limits / quota exhaustion / outages, and — when no key is configured at all — still answers via keyless DuckDuckGo.
